Cancellation Policy and Timeliness Policy
Due to our huge demand. If rescheduling is necessary, please give at least a 24-hour notice prior to appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. The fee for cancellation is one-hundred percent of the priced service or services scheduled. We always strive to be as flexible as possible and we do reserve this time specifically for you. Thank you for being considerate of our time and for the opportunity to serve you. Being on time is also essential due to the fact that we are so busy and we try to be on time for all our clients. If you are more than 25% late to the time we reserve for you, we may not be able to see you and we will have to charge you full service.
