+ Boutique Manager

Job Type - Employee

Salary - $20 to start and depending on proficiency and skillset will increase salary after 3-6 months.

Schedule- 25-40 Hours. Will increase as responcibilities grow. Must be available nights and weekends including Sundays

Position Overview The Guest Relations Manager is responsible for growth and development of the front desk team and to uphold Angelica B Beauty’s standards of excellent client and customer service . They directly oversee and ensure that all scheduling and POS systems are running optimally. They deliver world class service and lead by example. They are accountable for the training and development of all new and existing team members on front desk/receptionist duties which includes appointment scheduling and sales. They provide leadership and quality coaching. They are committed to do what it takes to accomplish the company’s targets and be an example for their department.

Reporting Relationship:

Reports to the Director of Operations and Owner

Specific Responsibilities:

  • -Provide administrative services to support the accomplishment of company targets
  • -Responsible for all team scheduling
  • -Oversees all POS, online store and scheduling software endeavors
  • -Supports the recruiting of new receptionist team members
  • -Developing and executing new projects and initiatives with executive management oversight
  • -Responsible for consistency in pricing and information on Meevo & Website
  • -Responsible for the training and development of new team members on receptionist protocols
  • -Provides management and leadership to the team leaders
  • -Sets weekly and daily sales goals with management team
  • -Conducts daily coaching to aid in the growth and development of sales
  • -Continually develops and improves the front desk systems
  • -Manages all business supply inventories and needs
  • -Basic banking, Quickbooks and P&L Preparation
  • -Manages all client service issues with clients and reports to Operations Manager/ Owner any elevated situations
  • -Manages Yelp & Google Reviews to ensure the highest scoring possible
  • -Meets with the Owner-President and Operations Manager one time per month to discuss company objectives

+ Experienced Esthetician

Position Overview: Have you been a solo esthetician and you're yearning to be a part of a team again? Or are you looking for a new beauty studio to call home that supports and empowers its service providers? If So, Angelica B beauty is searching for established talent to join our team! An Angelica B beauty Veteran Esthetician has been licensed and in practice for a minimum of two years with an established client book. Veteran estheticians are expected to display elevated technical skills, excellent communication and professionalism by maintaining and or exceeding ABB Key Performance Indicator Goals. They provide exceptional customer service, innovation and support ABB retail goals. They are committed to do what it takes to accomplish ABB’s goals and serve as an example of what it takes to be an elevated esthetician.

Reporting Relationship:

Reports to the Director of Operations and Owner

Required Skills:

  • -Exhibits a high proficiency in full body (head to toe) brazilian/ intimate/ body waxing and sugaring (2+ years)
  • -Exhibits a moderate to high proficiency in Brow Lamination and Lash Lift (1+ year)
  • -Has some experience in facials, facial massage and clinical skincare (1+ year)

Specific Responsibilities:

  • -Provide exemplary technical services to support the accomplishment of company targets
  • -Comes with and maintains and established and productive client book
  • -Meets or exceeds KPIs (Bellow)

Job Type - Part-time position 15-25 hours a week.

Salary - Hourly (DOE). Retail commission available after 3 months dependent on sales performance.

  • -Assessing clients needs and building relationships with clients
  • -Managing emails that pertain to scheduling, brand communication, orders, shipments, restocking
  • -Makeup + skincare product knowledge

  • -Ability to deal with different personalities and stay cool under pressure if an issue arises
  • -Can take feedback and use it to further develop skills
  • -Maintaining a clean, well-organized office area + lobby

Qualifications:

  • -Sales experience (must know how to personalize sales and listen to client cues)

+ Retail Buyer/Visual Merchandising

Job Type - Full-time position 30+ hours a week.

Salary - Hourly (DOE)

Position Overview:

The Retail and Visual Merchandising Director is accountable for all aspects of the company’s image & visual aesthetics, including retail product selecting, buying and branding. They ensure optimal client/customer experiences by effectively managing all inventory levels. They have a keen eye for detail and uphold ABB’s standard of excellence for an immersive experience. They report directly to the Owner/President and Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • -General Duties
  • -Ordering, tracking, and projecting retail sales
  • -Responsible for maintaing all inventory levels in-house
  • -Maintains and organizes daily retail supplies and displays
  • -Maintains retail budgets
  • -Provides product knowledge training to team
  • -Accountable for selling retail
  • -Assists with special projects as assigned by Owners/Managers
  • -Oversees all visual merchandising
  • -Producing weekly suggested substitutes report to sales team to replace low stock or out of stock inventory
  • -Upholds all company branding standards with the highest level of detail and integrity

Advertising/Marketing:

  • -Asses retail sales trends and strategize marketing efforts for slow moving inventory
  • -Collaborate in Marketing brainstorming and planning of monthly promotions
  • -Work with Social Media and Marketing Managers to create product and promotion specific content
  • -Creates and oversees design of salon/spa newsletter—Quarterly

  • -Waxing (Brazilians, bikini, eyebrows and all other body waxing)

  • -Ability to work independently as well as a team
