+ Experienced Esthetician

Position Overview: Have you been a solo esthetician and you're yearning to be a part of a team again? An Angelica B beauty Veteran Esthetician has been licensed and in practice for a minimum of two years with an established client book. Veteran estheticians are expected to display elevated technical skills, excellent communication and professionalism by maintaining and or exceeding ABB Key Performance Indicator Goals. They provide exceptional customer service, innovation and support ABB retail goals. They are committed to do what it takes to accomplish ABB’s goals and serve as an example of what it takes to be an elevated esthetician.

Reporting Relationship:

Reports to the Director of Operations and Owner

Required Skills:

• -Exhibits a high proficiency in full body (head to toe) brazilian/ intimate/ body waxing and sugaring (2+ years)
• -Exhibits a moderate to high proficiency in Brow Lamination and Lash Lift (1+ year)
• -Has some experience in facials, facial massage and clinical skincare (1+ year)

Specific Responsibilities:

• -Provide exemplary technical services to support the accomplishment of company targets
• -Comes with and maintains and established and productive client book
• -Meets or exceeds KPIs (Bellow)
• -Attends all scheduled team meetings and training

+ Part Time Sales/Front Desk

Job details:

Job Type - Part-time position 15-25 hours a week.

Salary - Hourly (DOE). Retail commission available after 3 months dependent on sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• -Product sales
• -Scheduling clients (email, text)
• -Assessing clients needs and building relationships with clients
• -Managing emails that pertain to scheduling, brand communication, orders, shipments, restocking
• -Makeup + skincare product knowledge
• -Problem solving
• -Ability to deal with different personalities and stay cool under pressure if an issue arises
• -Can take feedback and use it to further develop skills
• -Maintaining a clean, well-organized office area + lobby
• -All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• -Sales experience (must know how to personalize sales and listen to client cues)
• -Office experience
• -Customer service experience
• -Exceptional time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling and adapting as necessary
• -Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients + colleagues
• -Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
• -Technologically savvy! Experience working with Slack, Square, POS, and social media (Instagram)
• -Always has a can-do attitude and works hard with grace + a SMILE :)
• -Bonus points: Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
• -Reliable, responsible, punctual + have your own means of transportation!

Schedule:

About 15-25 hours per week. We are a beauty business that is open 7 days a week. Availability on Sunday and Monday is a must. Must be willing + able to work some evenings, and holidays.

Experience:

• -Customer service 2 years (Preferred)
• -Retail/sales 1 year (Minimum)
• -Beauty (makeup or skincare) A PLUS!

+ Esthetician (Part-Time)

Job details:

Job Type - Employee

Salary - Commission DOE. *May develop into a full-time role upon completion of training experience.

Responsibilities:

• -Perform waxing, facial & lash services
• -Product sales
• -Scheduling clients (email, text)
• -Manage emails that pertain to scheduling
• -Makeup + skincare product knowledge
• -Maintaining a clean, well-organized room
• -Process excellent customer service
• -Retain clients and create long term relationships with clients
• -All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• -Waxing (Brazilians, bikini, eyebrows and all other body waxing)
• -Customer service + sales experience
• -Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients + colleagues
• -Ability to work independently as well as a team
• -Always has a can-do attitude and works hard with grace + a SMILE :)
• -Bonus points: Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
• -Reliable, responsible, punctual + have your own means for transportation!

About 15-25 hours per week. More hours will be available as it gets busier if desired. We are a beauty business that is opened 7 days a week. Availability on Sunday and Monday is a must. Must be willing + able to work some evenings, and holidays.

Experience:

• -Body waxing 1 years\ (minimum)
• -Customer service + retail 1 year (minimum)
• -Facials, lash extensions/lifts (a plus)
