If you need to reschedule, and you notify us within this timeframe, you can transfer your deposit to another date for the same service. Unfortunately, if changes are made within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

For services under an hour, a 24-hour notice is required. If you reschedule within this period, your deposit can be transferred. Otherwise, it will not be refundable.
